I need to take in more calories and grams of protein but I get full to fastand everytime I eat or drink even the smallest thing it looks like I have a huge gut but I don't...I even try to wake up 1-2 times a night to have a shake...I'm not looking for a meal plan or to get super cut...I just need to be able to eat more...I see these BB and PL eating massive amounts of food in one sitting...(10 eat white and a shake for breakfast) I can barely eat 4 eggs and toast...any suggestions...
