need to eat more but not hungry...

207-210lbs
BF% ukn
training since 1994
33yrs old
2-3 cycles per year since 2003
I need to take in more calories and grams of protein but I get full to fastand everytime I eat or drink even the smallest thing it looks like I have a huge gut but I don't...I even try to wake up 1-2 times a night to have a shake...I'm not looking for a meal plan or to get super cut...I just need to be able to eat more...I see these BB and PL eating massive amounts of food in one sitting...(10 eat white and a shake for breakfast) I can barely eat 4 eggs and toast...any suggestions...

Suck it bud, I'm pretty sure we've all been there(myself including).
You could try B-12 Vitamin, I'm pretty sure it increases one's appetite.

Nope, I just "force fed" myself. Sometimes it'd be time for my next meal, and I'd be still full from my last one, but I put it down anyways.
But yeah, gradually adding a little more to each meal everyday definitely could help with getting used to eating large amounts of food.

Eat more times through out the day, if you get up 2 times (like you claim to do) in the middle of the night for shakes and eat 6 times a day that's 8 meals every 24 hours. 500 calories in 1 sitting isn't hard to eat, multiply that by 8 and you got 4000cals a day. Plenty of cals for most bulkers, what's so hard about that?

The thing that has helped me the most so far is eating more frequently. I used to get about 4500 cals a day and it was uncomfortable. Now I space my eating out as much as possible and I can actually eat almost 1000 cals more and I feel better on top of that.

When I first started putting away the food it was difficult at first, but my body got used to it and it is no longer a problem. Using bromelain helped with the bloating.

if you drink lots of water in one sitting the stomach expands its how the power eaters stretch there stomachs for competetions.

I must disagree here. I was a stoner for years and used it to try to eat big. Now that I dont smoke i actually eat much more. I think this is because while the weed made me hungrier after I got high but lessened my appetite when it wore off, or i would not have an appetite in the morning. Now that no drugs are messing with my appetite I eat all day.

not steroid dependent, but when on cycle include eq and use that to get a huge appetite. once the eq is discontinued you should still be able to eat a ton of food. I did that and stretched my stomach out and now I cannot eat enough.
