hi all. im new to training and have been researching my diet first of all. i find it quite confususing working out all of the carbs protein etc.
so i was wondering if somone can help me.
im 25, 6"2, and weigh a meesley 135 pound. i find it very hard to put on weight.
i would be very grateful if someone could recomend a daily meal diet for me to stick to. i have some whey protein 4 scoops of that i make up with shakes inc 1 bannana,3 tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs olive oil handful frozen berries.will this help
