    what diet can i do

    hi all. im new to training and have been researching my diet first of all. i find it quite confususing working out all of the carbs protein etc.
    so i was wondering if somone can help me.
    im 25, 6"2, and weigh a meesley 135 pound. i find it very hard to put on weight.
    i would be very grateful if someone could recomend a daily meal diet for me to stick to. i have some whey protein 4 scoops of that i make up with shakes inc 1 bannana,3 tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs olive oil handful frozen berries.will this help

    Calorie Total: 1,280 p, 608 c, 999 f = 2,887 calories (not including protein shakes and any snacks)


    I JUST COPIED OTHER DIETS IN HERE. JUST MAKE YOUR OWN USING FOODS FROM OTHERS... THESE DIET PLANS ARE NOT THE BEST FOR YOU BUT IT WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU SHOULD DO.
