    Diet Critique

I just finished a cut and want to run a maintenance for 2-4 weeks before jumping into a bulk. I'm going to give a 40/30/30 c/p/f ratio a try. I'm getting 1gp/lbm and wend right in the middle of where my maintenance calorie range should be. My ratio's ending up being slightly off. Let me know what you guys think.

J3, you have any literature to back this up? I have read at least a dozen articles on food allergy causes and I cant find any of them that mention a repetitive protein source as a cause unless you are already allergic to it. I tend to go weeks at a time with the same protein source and have yet to have any issues myself. If you have something I can read on this please post a link.

I'll add some broccli and subtract some yams from my last two meals. I could always switch chicken with tuna or some lean ground beef and subtract a little olive oil for fats. Everything else looks ok then? I was surprised to end up with 164g of fat, but thats why the ratio called for.

im getting this from milos's nutrition video.. he specificly tells you to switch up protien sources to keep from gaining a food born allergy..

its also good to switch up protien sources so that you dont keep your diet so damn boring..

im sure this wouldn't have a effect on a guy like you who has the will of steel when it comes down to his diet, but eating the same protien source all day long will get you sick of it within a week imo...

the diet it's self looks okay, but we need stats to make sure it'll work for you

Sounds good. I'm 25, weight is 226 in the mornings, height is 6'8", and bodyfat is between 10-11%. Probably closer to 10% because I can flex my abs visible. My Katch-Mcardle said 3634 for moderatley active and Harris-Benedict is 3595. I might have to switch meal two's protein source from chicken to whey/casein blend because I'm a teacher and don't have a break to eat.
