not a prob mate...glad a could help...i think everyone who watches those vids gets a better understanding of diet..

if ya aint watchen pproperly ya could be lost lol its a indepth insight to the body working with food

a think a will give them a second watch over the week but it will help me put down a gd base diet to get me going.
