can some one please help me out here. a have got a gd chest shoulders arms legs but my belly wont shift so a can see my abbs witch a can feel under the fat grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr help

if ya aint watchen pproperly ya could be lost lol its a indepth insight to the body working with food

a think a will give them a second watch over the week but it will help me put down a gd base diet to get me going.
