I was doing a google search because I am revamping my diet. I always have a hard time trying to figure out the macros of every food under the sun, and I've used FitDay in the past but found it to be a pain in the ass, since its not really tailored specifically to bodybuilding. Doing a search I found a spreadsheet a guy made on a "True Natural Bodybuilding" site. I was amazed by how comprehensive it was. So I'm linking it up here for everyone to enjoy. It's saved me a ton of time and headaches in remaking my diet.

All of the measures are metric, and in Grams. A little confusing trying to convert 1 egg into how many grams you will want. So I did another search and found a site which has liquid&dry measures of a ton of common food items and shows what 1 of each equates to in the metric system.
