no, actualy a re-feed is when you eat well over your tdee with carbs and fats being higher to replenish leptin levels...
leptin has a direct effect on fat loss.. this is why many people lose alotta weight the first two weeks and slow down after that.. refeeds should be done every 7-10 days in order to combat this slowing of fat loss
matters to your goals and will power.. some people do a clean cheat, upping their complex carbs and efas.. others eat what ever they want, they'll have a pizza, burgers, etc.. it's not completely recommended, though it does do the job but not as well as a clean cheat....
i personaly switch between the two weekly.. one week clean cheat one dirty..
But Im sure that youll agree w/me on this one ; when I eat like s**t I feel like s**t. What would you consider a clean cheat? And are we talking like every other; lets say Saturday night?
Btw, I will be starting a 4 week cycle of spawn on Sept 7th ( pending start date ) I want my diet to be dialed in as perfect as possible.
