    Please check my Diet

    I am 27 yo
    15%bf
    78Kg
    1.65m tall

    Want to bulk up This is my planned diet

    8am Meal1 (565 cal) P34 C22 F29.8
    4 egg whites 2 whole eggs
    1 cup of oats with plain yogurt.
    Multi vitamin
    ***** 3 and 6 oil

    10 am Meal2 (219 cal) P24 C28 F2.2
    Protein shake
    Banana

    12pm Meal3(592 cal) P67 C46 F5
    2 chicken Breasts
    1 cup of rice or potato

    Train at 2pm 10 min cardio warmup 90 minutes weights

    3.45pm Meal4(580 cal) P45 C90 F2.3
    PWO shake as I put down my last weights

    4.30 Meal5(467 cal) P67 C19 F5
    2 chicken breasts or Tuna
    Apple or naartjie
    vitamin c

    6.30 Meal6(more than 500 cal)
    This depends on the wife.
    Normally some red meat.
    Steak/chicken/fish
    with vegetables
    3 x Cal/Mag tabs

    10pm Meal7(110 cal) P24 C0 F1.2
    Protein shake before bed

    The total calories here 3033 cal per day
    The total Protein 328g
    The total Carbs 255g
    The total Fats 44.5g
    This is a little better than I currently do.

    I also drink 2 to 3 coffee's a day.
    Lots of water and at least a cup of milk. per day

    Just had my supper now.

    2 chicken Breasts
    half cup of rice
    half cup of peas
    1 gem squash

    little salt and sugar

    Jamy usually posts something to this effect but he is not on atm so I will take a stab, what are you stats?

    age
    weight
    height
    bf%
    goals

    Also include totals macro (Protein/Fat/Carbs) counts for each meal and for your days total consumption. There are a lot of knowledgeable people here but they need a little background info to try and assess your diet.

    On a side note what the heck is a naartjie?

    It's a south african fruit.
    its really good eating.

    I will have to look into it, always looking for something to spice up my fruit intake. Get bored with regular old apples etc.

    put some more efa in there, also provide the times for the meals, and how about the fat cals? You only have four meals there btw. I don't count a protein shake as a meal.

    Twist,
    I have added the times and the fats to the diet as requested.
    What do you reccomend I add for more meals.

    I struggle to eat so much this is why I added the shakes to get the extra cals and protein.

    Any one else got any suggestions?
