Wow that looks like a lot of food.

I think try to move your carbs to Breakfast and Just post workout.

I think too much protein shakes.

I am also just busy learning about dieting properly.

actually it seems like way to much carbs.

I don't think I eat as many carbs when I am bulking.

Bro... i'm pretty sure people wont like the amount of shakes you have (replace some of them by real food)
And make sure your carbs are like 100-150g a day, proteins 1.5-2.0g/ pound of weight.. maybe submit totals for all your macros.. I don't see any EFA maybe virgin olive oil somewhere in the day? you need fat to lose fat lol and 38% bf.. you should make sure about the stats and be a bit more precise to be optimal..
Stick to your cardio and fix your diet a bit and you will lose all of the weight in a reasonable amount of time

In cutting take no shakes. Shakes mantain you hungry, real food not. You can't eat 5 minutes before your workout. I don't see why you take carb when you don't need them (later hours) and don't take them in the crucial times: prewo, postwo and breakfast.

yeah man go to the gym and ask them to measure bf% with callipers ..
If your gym has a hydrostatic weighing tank you might get very lucky and get a very accurate idea about your body fat.. My gym has one
