Oat pancakes - is this low glycemic?

Hey guys.. trying to figure out where on the GI/GL this rates..

I'm combining in a bowl 10 egg whites and about 90g raw oats (quacker old fashioned (rolled oats) and then frying them into pancakes (0 cal cooking spray) in a frying pan.

I know oats are typically considered low GI carbs, but the 90g raw oats turns out to be 61g carbs.. would that considered by high on the GL scale? Also, does frying them raise the GI/GL of the oats? I also learned that the GI is higher for rolled oats versus steel-cut oats, although the latter would prob be impossible to use to make pancakes out of...

    what do you guys think?

Is 60g carbs too much though for breakfast? I wonder if the Glycemic load is too high.. I feel pretty hungry even an hour or so later and I'm wondering if it's causing an insulin spike?
