The formula gives you a statistic start point, it's not god.
did u do the one where you factor in your bodyfat?
i did not. looking around since there seems to be 2 formulas. but dont i still need my bmr from the orginal, or somthing?
any pointers to make cardio any more enjoyable ? other than music, movies?
Maybe choose a sport if your doing cardio at night........if its morning cardio then you just have to suck it up mate......think of the end results thats the key..
good call. thanks
go get yourself bodyfat tested and use the bodyfat formula. start at minus 500cals off your TDEE and go down 200cal/week until you start losing. 40/40/20 macro split. cardio 5-6 days empty stomach or PWO HIIT or low intensity. weights 4 days.
if your high bodyfat like i was do HIIT it works well. when you start to get lower you can move over to low intesity for long duartion.
that info will save you 7 months of ****ing around.
right niow i'm doing 45-60min stairs, and always 30mins of bike. all while the whole time statying in my target heart rate.
is HIT that much more effective, i actually am back to super high BF%, 35-7.
how long have you been doing this and what are your results like?
well the most(as of late) that i can stay comitted is 2weeks, and the scale says i've lost roughly 13lbs
