so you guys seem to be a serious "diet" gurus. so i did the math and it seems my BMR is like 2500? i'm 22, a dude, 5'11'', and i(unfortunatly) weigh 280.
i'm really kinda upset i've dietted in jan 07 to aug 07 and during that time i went from a round 290 to a pretty solid 225, all natural. no real supps untill about may. i started taking creatine and whey protein. the whole time i never ate more than 20g's of carbs/day. never watched counted calories and i did eat atleast 2g's of protein per pound of body weight.
exercise was 5-6 days/week:30mins of cardio, and weights 5 days, with 2 consecutive of rest.
i got a wherehouse job in nov 07 and just got too tired to keep up with diet and exercise so since then i'm just about back to 280.
i need some help to really blast the fat, i'm so caught up and confused on all the "proper" diet stuff. i'd love to get some expert help. thanks guys no hurry no rush, just appreciate your time
