I've heard a lot of times that long-term low carb diets can cause low levels of thyroid hormones especially T3. But I haven't yet saw any scienifically based proof of this.
I'm intrested in it because I am endomorph and tolerate carbs badly. So I go low carb all the time.
I think that a lot of guys who are also endomorphs are intrested in this aspect of low carb diets.
So do anybody knows something about it?
