My Keto, Tell me what you think
Hello To all. Ive recently come back to the website. Ive been out of the game for a while now due to work and other personal reasons. Ive used the gear in the past, and ive made good gains in the past.
Heres where i stand now.
Im 29 YO
Im 230 pounds 5'11" and about 23-27 % BF
3 months ago i was 250 pounds. Ive cut some fat already and im now switching to a keto diet.
I started a Tren 100mg eod / Test E 400 mg a week run
My diet is as follows
I eat every 2 hours
Carbs under 15g a day. I eat all my carbs before 2pm protein in every meal
Either eggs, chicken breast, steak.
0 Sugars of coarse. And all water , no diet sodas or anything like that.
Im doing cardio twice a day 30-40 min each and weight training after one of the cardio sessions.
Anyone got any advice. I know some people dont like keto diets. For those who do. Im looking for some feedback....

you didn't give a diet to critique. too vague.
you want results you better get a plan, and weigh your food.
and you probably don't need the drugs at this point.

first of all get your body fat below 15% with good diet and training. post your diet on here including how many carbs / fat / protein per meal. you will only do yourself more bad than good by cycling at your current bf% trust me.

it poses health risks carrying a high bf% and doing steroids . You have a high chance of an increased amount of estrogen related side effects and gyno . . . "bitch tits".

The way i learnt to do keto is to get your cutting cals and divide them by 2. eg. 2000cal for cutting divide by 2 = 1000cals. So 1000cals of protein and 1000cals of fat. 250g p 110f. great diet.
i cant comment on your steroid use but do keto for a bit then do a 40/40/20 macro split and by then you should be around 15% but hey its taken me 7 months to work out MY bodies cutting diet/training.

ive been on my keto diet for 2 weeks now and im down 5 pounds. I lost 20 pounds before switching to this diet and cycle.
One thing thats killing me. Whats up with this tren . I feel like i cant breath 15 seconds after i finish my injection. I start to get itchy and i get hot flashes. This is my first time using tren Acetate and this is harsh. I know this is called tren cough. Is there anyway to minimize this. Before someone says " Ya stop taking it" there . I just did.

today is saturday 8/22/09
Since just this tuesday i have lost 6 pounds
i was 235 and now im 229
I love this diet. Its takes dedication but damn is it working. Every few days my body feels different.
Im going to keep a log to track my loss and ill post pics at the end. Before and after.

Strictly inject into deep muscle tissue... specifically your gluts; you have a less likely chance of piercing a vein. this is an inherent trait of running tren ... as long as you’re ok after the 15 minutes you’ll be fine and you’re not having an allergic reaction to it.

boy do i hate the tren cough. I almost decided to stop running the tren .
F-ing intense...
It happened the past 2 time. The last time was really bad. It usually happens right away if id does. If it hasnt happened within 30 seconds im fine. I get wicked hot and itchy on my head and shoulders. Then can not breath. I hate it. But im willing to fight it. I have an injection tomorrow and im praying. lol

its just really strong... you can break the injections down and inject every day with it. i would suggest breaking it up with small injections and see how that works with insulin needles... my husband recommeded this for you.

insilin kneedles wont work with me. not long enough, i need at least an inch. i have plenty of pins.
im going to shoot slower. i think thats the problem. thanks for the advice..

Bro, If you inject everyday, like HCG , then this might work better for you.
23gx1.5 pins are fine.
No one ever said you couldn't inject gear everyday, it just sucks to do it.
You go through syringes really fast.
But there cheap.
I would try it.
Injecting slower will not make a difference.
Tren is a strong AAS.
Tren cough and initial injecting sides are so common.
Night sweats, ect...
Should get better, but I would try breaking up the injections,
Plasma blood levels would be the same.

Today is sunday morning 8/23/09
I weighed in at 227, 2 pounds lighter than yesterday. yesterday was my skip day at the gym too. WOW
When doing my body fat my BF% went down and i put on a few pounds of lean muscle.
Im monitoring this to be sure i dont loose muscle.
Diet is the key to your goals my friends. For the people who think its about eating less. Enjoy being fat. I threw some Peanut butter in yesterday throughout the day and i lost more. I layed on the sofa most the day i didnt feel good. Had a migraine. But i did eat....
When i hit 10% ill post before and afters

I Puked today at the gym doing legs. It was great, too much water....
I inject the Tren everyday. My tren is 100mg a cc. So i do a half a cc a day.
No cough today, i injected slowly.

i check my weight every morning after the bathroom.
Was a little tired at the gym yesterday. Doing arms today.

Its Tue, 8/25 i believe
weighed in at 226 again. The first day since ive started that i havent been lighter.
I trained twice yesterday, cardio in morning and at night.
Did arms in morning and core at night.

i personaly dont recommend keto while on cycle.... and again you need to get specific about what you eat and what the macros are..

So you mean to say keto is "better for muscle preservation" in your opinion, but you would not recommend.
Im very precise with my diet, just because i didnt post my diet does not mean i dont have one in place. ( i put enough effort into my diet, id rather not post everything i eat on the internet as well, Ive had enough of this diet already.)
Im only sluggish in the morning until i eat. Keto is very effective , In my experience.
and correct me here, i quoted you up top . When bulking you not only preserving muscle your bulding new muscle. Unless your bulking phase is to just gain fat. Read your post back to yourself.
