So anyway i was reading about Arnolds routine and in the diet section it said that 1 of the things he advised people who struggle to gain weight is to eat no more than 3 eggs. An i was like WTF?? I'm consuming about 10 eggs a day and i thought that was a good thing.
So y should u not consume more than 3 eggs r is this article just BS???
