    Need a source...

    ...for natty pb

I see alot of people adding table spoons of natty pb to their diets and decided to jump on the band wagon.

Looked in my local supermarkets but they only sell run of the mill peanut butter. Did find an online retailer that sells meridian pb in 1kg tubs for £4.79 a tub, only catch is you gonna spend over £35 to get free delivery

Anyone in the uk know any shops that sell it?

    What brand is best?

What you can do is buy a coffee grinder .

Use that for all the different nuts , unsalted of coarse . ( peanut , almond , sunflower seeds , flax seeds , walnuts or what ever is on sale at bulk store )

Its not buttered but ground up enough to add to protien shakes or oats and cereal .
Lots of ways to enjoy .

Hell ! maybe you could brew it ?
    Protien coffee ?
