    Wondering if these foods are ok to eat if im trying to cut?

    I have been cleaning up my diet as of late but was wondering if I have to cut out certain foods. The foods I'm wondering about are : wheat bread, i like to make my chicken sandwiches and tuna sandwiches with it. I also love fruit, oranges, bananas and strawberry's. Also I have been using fat free cheese slices with my sandwiches. Are those ok? What about fat free milk with oat and grain cereal? Just curious what you guys think?

    Also what about orange juice? I am stocked up with it right now....

    oj will cause an insulin spike.. omit..

    what bread is okay, ezekiel bread is better.. watch out for sweetened wheat bread, it has sugars in it..

    there is a big debate on fruits while cutting.. personaly i like to keep away from them myself due to the insulin spike but the GL of the fruits are pretty low.. i would keep it to pre-post workout if you must keep it in your diet.. again, i dont use fruits when i cut, i use multi-vitamins.. but both have been reported to work if done correctly
