I have been cleaning up my diet as of late but was wondering if I have to cut out certain foods. The foods I'm wondering about are : wheat bread, i like to make my chicken sandwiches and tuna sandwiches with it. I also love fruit, oranges, bananas and strawberry's. Also I have been using fat free cheese slices with my sandwiches. Are those ok? What about fat free milk with oat and grain cereal? Just curious what you guys think?
