    Photo shoot Wed

What up fellas. I have a photo shoot on wed. What is the best thing to do from here to there do be as dry as possible. I think it was somethin like carb up today, then pro tomorrow and stop drinking water at about 7pm. then the morning of the shoot pro only and maybe green tea? Any advice would be great. Thank you!

I would give yourself 5-7 days if you wanna make an impact on your appearance. I hate to say but its nearly too late for anything dramatic now.
