!ayuda me! (that's spanish for "help me") lol

so i've been around for a little while now(sh*t, barley any time compared to most people here) but there seems to be a group of dope, cool peeps. so i need help.

4yrs ago i played ball my senior year and tore my ACL so i was outta workin out for like a year. i went up to 290, jan 1st 2007(i was 20) jumped on a Atkins diet with weights 5 days/week. and got got down to 226.

then i got a warehouse job in october and was putting in serious hrs and was too tired to workout, ever since i have slowly slipped back to my old eating habits.

i got a new sales job so i have the time and energy to work out, currently i'm 275.

i'm lookin for help to get and stay motivated. at most i can only stick to it for like 2 week, and i fall off the plan i'm trying.

i'm tryin to get some support and guidance in doing it again, i'm super afraid of carbs and actually prefer to skip em all together.

the first thumbnail is me now!ayuda me! (that's spanish for "help me") lol-img00040.jpg, and the last is my lowest point of 226!ayuda me! (that's spanish for "help me") lol-img00507.jpg. still over weight but my arms/shoulders were coming in very nicely i thought.

    thanks in advance everyone

i think a lot of people on here have had similar experiences....wey i definately have......diet was always a sticking point for me......training never been a problem because i love it.......in any form........dont over complicate your diet and dont get woried about every little detail.....i did just that untill a couple of great members explained to me that to get to the goals a wanted 10%BF.....then a decent diet and training routine would do....any time you need a bit motivation just come on here and have a bit crack.....feel free to contact me for crack anytime if it can help you progress.
