just curious ....what do you guys exactly cook in your oils...lard ect?

well i never use lard LOL.....il use a bit EVOO when cooking my minced beef....and thats it really.....chicken in the oven so i dont use oil there.

hmmm tar bunny, just that i always grill meats ect, saw a post on oils and wonderd what people were chucking inn these oils lol. is there any reason you over your chicken?

nah mate no particular reason....thats just the way i do it......dont think it matters grill or oven.....i dont know any over way to cook minced beef...i use the EVOO so it doesnt stick to the pan thats all really...

haha simple then, i dont include mince beef in my diet, think it has aload of shit init.

lol didnt take it like that.....my diet isnt perfect by along shot....changing all the time........i was eating steaks for about 5 weeks and couldnt face another bloody steak so i switched it up to minced meat instead.....a little hot sauce and peppers mmmmmmmmm lovely and every now and then half a wheat wrap...

sounds good, im getin sick to death of chicken, wht dont you try mincing it up yourself?
what sort of sauce you having, thats what im really strugling with tbh my sauces

well steaks also cost a lot more...and money is tight at the min......sweet chillie hot sauce....and regae regae sauce.......are my 2 favourites.......if im feeling brave ill just eat plain or with abit pepper....if not i add the sauce.........cook chicken in the oven or grill...when done take out and cut into pieces then put in frying pan with the sauce and add peppers brocoli....whatever.....then stir for a min or so then bang on the plate.

cheers 4 that, recently iv just choped it up grilled it...lobed it in with my pasta n added peppers, but its a rite bore. btw you must have the best avatar on this thing lol

LOL....i wouldnt say the best but its nice....there is a member called POLSKA his avator is awsome.......i havent had pasta or brown rice or potatoes for a while now.....i also like to add red kidney beans with my minced meat.
