Please help with my diet...it's a bit overwhelming.

I posted this in the New Members section, but figured it belonged here....

I have been trying to follow the sticky bulking diet from this site and have an issue. I am typically so busy I dont have time to be in the kitchen so much. Is there a way I can follow this regimen while outside the house? i.e. restaurant items that still follow the guidelines.

For example, today I needed a pro/carb meal, and had no time to go home for food. I went to a restaurant and all I could find was fried chicken/rice/mashed potatoes/and lima beans. The problem I had with this was the grease in the chicken. I removed the skin, but still....

Anyone have ideas on how to maintain this diet while out and about?

    Thanks in advance.

    1) Make all of your pro/carb meals in the morning and just put it into a big container and eat it throughout the day in equal portions
Ex. 2lbs chicken 4cups peas or green veggies. eat about .5lbs chicken and 1 cup peas per sitting. this makes it easy and you only need one tupperware container for the whole day.
    2) do you have an Iphone by anychance? if so there are applications that you can download (like "restaurants") and this allows you to see the macros for foods at common stores. You can find relatively healthy - emergency only - meals at many fast food places.
