    How much do you spend

    Well.
Pretty much im in the process of planning my diet and went down to the shops to suss out some prices.

just as a bried overview it looks like its gonna cost me around 150-200 dollers (aus) a week to pull this off. + the protein shake powder which is rather expensive to

now for a 19 year old who doesnt live at home + has loan repayments and all other expenses this seems insane.

Just wondering if im just tripping balls on prices or this seems around the mark.
is their an easy round this price dilema?
how much is every1 else spending per week.

Yep, Oz sucks balls for that.

I find Ozzie meats and foods overseas that are better quality and cheaper then what U get in Oz....how does that work?

Buy bulk, find wholesale produce outlets, powers buy bulk for sure.

I see U got a a Costco in Oz now....

Costco is the place to go.

The cleaner, more wholistically you eat, the cheaper it is! Well this is usually the case, unless you're shopping at overpriced health food stores and eatting free-range protein and whatnot.

Chose like 2-3 carb choices, and shop in bulk. Drop all your supplements except maybe Fish oils, Vitamin-D, E, C, and degestive enzymes (Bromelaine). No need for whey! :P

I read this somewhere before describing how much you have to spend on everything.. "Being a serious bodybuilder means you're either rich or your poor."

I spend around 150 just on food and about 200 a month on supplements.

True I basically stopped drinking besides for the random night every few months. I used to drink at bars downtown with friends every friday and saturday night and wake up the next day thinking how the hell did i just blow close to a 100 last night at the bar.
