Ok i've been training pretty hard over the last 6 months and have lowered my bf to 12% at 187 lbs. I'm about to get on a cycle of Anavar for approximately 6 weeks.
week 1 35mg
week 2 35mg
week 3 40mg
week 4 45mg
week 5 50mg
week 6 50mg
My goals are to lower bf to at least 10%, ideally 8% and to put on 5-8 lbs of muscle(i'm sure this is possible). I will probably take in 370 g of protein throughout my day. I'm going to take crealkaline, i've heard that it compliments the var nicely, as well as some alpha lipoic acid to burn fat. Probably a caffeine burner too.
Ok, so what i really need help with is my diet. Should i load carbs early in the morning? Or no carbs and just go off the protein? Please give opinions or what has worked for you.. I'm also not sure on my fat intake. I have fish and flaxseed oils but i'm not sure on the proper dosages that i should be taking.
