    Bulking diet supper ideas...

I am busy planning my next bulking cycle:

I was wondering if anyone would share some ideas for supper on a bulking diet.

I don't wan't to have too much carbs for supper.

Am I wrong should I have carbs for supper??

I want to avoid too much bodyfat... gain.

    I am:
    27yo
    13% bf
    1.65m
    74.6 kg

    Training:
    Weights:
    Monday,Wednesday,Friday
    Cardio:
    Tuesday,Thursday.

I will be using test cyp 500mg.
Will this also help me burn fat?
