Do you mean egg whites or whole eggs?
I don't see any problems with egg whites. The one thing that stops me from eating a lot of whole eggs is fat in yolks.
ive been drinking my egg whites lately..but its starting to make me gag.......egg whites taste like shit....
I can drink egg whites no problem.... but i see some guys doing like 16 eggs in a sitting... Thats a lot of fricking eggs...... Drinking I can see... Eating... Ewww f no
Just the texture of cooked eggs.... is just a no go for me every day.... I start to gag half way threw chewing them up.
isnt this f****d up; the economy is in the crapper, we all want to save our $$, so the cheapest food thats good for us ( eggs ) tastes the worst!!

I saw an experiment on Brainiac the other day, where people had to eat 10 eggs as fast as possible. Fried eggs was the fastest, followed by scrambled, and the slowest was the raw egg drinker.
I can easily pound 10 liquid pasteurized egg whites in one setting. When my diet is spot on, I've been known to eat upwards of 30 plus egg whites in a day. I use a little chocolate whey for flavor, or a little vanilla extract.
i eat 12 egg whites every morning without a problem... dunno why you guys are complaining, breakfast is usually my most taisty meal of my day... good stuff..

Liquid egg whites taste ok to me however they give me an upset gut. Sh&&&*t, what doesn't. Since I began bodybuilding a little less than a year ago, I have learned that nothing tastes good for very long, except lasagna.

I know there is ongoing issue on cooked vs raw... but would it hurt to just drink them? is it really that bad? I've read so many mixxed reviews on this.

I have 15 egg whites and 2 yokes, scrambled... first few times couldnt get it down but now i feel hungry if i dont have at least that many eggs in the morning..
what size eggs are we talking about tho? The ones i get are "large".. I've had to buy "jumbo" eggs from a corner store when i ran out one night and no way can I ever get down 15 of those
i ad hot sauce for flavor or sometimes drink water to wash it down...
I eat 3 whole eggs and 5 egg whites every morning. Scrambled. I think 12's overkill.
As far as drinking them, doesn't your body absorb those much faster than eating them? This is why i've always ate them. Well i love eggs though. Sometimes i'll have the same amount for dinner.
12's a lot in my opinion too, unless someone is 250+ and taking it to a big time level. In my case, 5 or 6 whites, a little oatmeal, protein shake, banana and EFA's are a good start.

A dozen egg whites is nothing. I don't mind the taste of eggs, take em over tuna any day.
You have to cook your food with some flavour.
Fry your whites up with some diced green pepper, mushrooms, onions or garlic, throw some black pepper on top and a little hot sauce..... mmmm so good
BTW I truly believe you get better assimilation from egg whites eating them cooked. If I drink a cup of pasturized whites I get gas from hell. Cooking them first I get none
I'm not a fan of eggs, but when I do eat 'em I never separate yolks from whites.
6+ whole eggs go down like butter.
I read somewhere that theres something good in the yolk, but to have 6+ eggs/day everyday for how long? Wouldnt cholesterol be a question here?
Im going shopping tonight for my box ( 7.5 dz ). Ill cook off 18 at a time which will last me 3 days of bfasts. Ill count out 6, throw them in one of those hand choppers you see on informercials and then tupperware them so when I get up in the morning Im all ready goto. A dash of pepper and down they go!
