not sure if im posting in the correct section here, apologies if so

where can i go to get a reading of my bodyfat? my gym has some electronic hand grips, but they guy who works their said he doesnt feel they give n acurate messure, so whats the best way?

hydrostatic testing or a DEXA scan would be most accurate.

after that, get someone to do caliper test on you,
