    Microwaving your egg whites

Anyone else microwave egg whites? I used to pan fry them by it's so much easier throwing them in the microwave for a couple of minutes. No cleanup and the taste doesn't change. Is it in any way disadvantageous to nuke them vs pan fry or am I good to go?

I just drink my egg whites. Quick and easy and no clean up. Sometimes I put a little bit of splenda in them to sweeten them up a little.

I used to just drink them also..but hit a wall quick. Some Rocky shit

Most mornings I throw the eggwhites in the microwave and it takes a minute stopping every 20 seconds to give a stir with a fork. But they do taste different then fryin' them.

Also find that if I don't stop every 20 seconds, that they pop.
