help with diet for cycle
hello
iam 28 198pounds 10%bodyfat just about to start bulk cycle with test e. just want to make sure my diet up to scratch. any tips advice would be brilliant
Breakfast
3 slices of wholegrain toast
3 tea spoons of peanut butter
9 egg whites
protain shake
Mid Morining
9 egg whites
protain shake
1 plan medium sized bagual
1 x bannia
Lunch
6 0z lean roast beef
1 slice fat free cheese
1large whole grain roll
1 tbsp fat free mayo 9
2 tsp ketchuo
Mid afternoon
1 x bannia
9 egg whites
protain shake
pre workout
protain shake
1 plan medium sized bagual
post workout
protain shake
1 x waxy maize starch
Dinner
60z chicken
1 cup of brown rice
2 cup of veg
bedtime
Protain shake slow release

Definitely not enough fats in that diet for bulking especially.
