Is a clean diet necessary?
If your macros are on does it matter where they come from?
Also if you're cycling for a strength/endurance builder than does it matter if your eating 7000 calories from cheese burgers, hot dogs and hoho's if your doing an insane amount of cardio while still lifting regularly and leaving yourself only in a slightly positive caloric intake state?
In my mind it wouldn't make a difference but I'm wondering what you guys think.
Why is the chicken breast and sweet potatoes (which I do love btw) superior/inferior to the hamburger and french fries IN a non Aesthetically goal driven individual?

I understand all that but if your burning say 4000 calories a day and taking in 4000 calories, than what does it matter?

You'll destroy your health and you won't make your body better. You'll probably gain fat, while loosing lbm, and you'll train bad.

its just the way it is brother. If you want to look and feel the best that your body can why not treat it in the right way then.
Its like waxing your car without washing it first, ya know what I mean? It just has to be done......what can I say, Im a car guy, lol!
