judging by stats you are doing very well. However you will get more out of a cutting diet than a bulking one. but wo seeing your diet idk; it could look like a cutting diet for all i know. either way if you post it up and tweak it we can get better results.

sounds good to be. gaining weight and losing BF on a bulking diet not bad man. if you stop losing BF on your diet and want to lose more then swap to a cutting diet. just a thought tho but 7% BF in 3 months is nice.

not bad! try to get your fats though from a plant(flax seeds, nuts...) and remember the 20% rule, if 20% of the carb is less than the sugar, ITS NOT A GOOD CARB.

but man! sounds like your doing good! congrats! keep us updated.

yeah post pics. well you grow OUTSIDE of the gym, not inside. when you work ot, you get micro tears in the muscle, so having a good pre workout meal is important.

i dont know if any one mentioned it, but maybe light cardio to keep fat down?

Sorry but the scale you are using is wrong.

You lost bf and gained muscle in 3 months?

You had LBM of 135 and 3 months later have LBM of 155?

You didnt gain 20lbs of LBM in 3 months. But good work if you are dropping fat, however if you actually want help you should put up your diet or we have nothing to comment on. Or maybe you made this thread just to feel good about yourself? If so good job and keep cutting, it seems to be working.

Flax seeds are a terrible choice. Nut sources of oils I agree with.

diet looks good to me, I would just make the changes stated above.
cardio looks good. I would even up it a little. especially at 18%bf. like 30 minutes pwo 4-5 days a week. just take pure protein and some glutamine after workout and before cardio.
