Anybody know a good calorie counter book, ?
I wanna do all my work myslef before i post my diet, i have this one book but its like very general and too broad varietys of food. I have looked over the internet found a couple but dont wanna waste my money agaiin but maybe someone knows one?
I just did my bmr, and i have a idea about my intakes but not perfect, like my book says for protein...
1 large egg white is 3g protein
4oz chicken breats 27g protein
Im sure this is close i just dont like this book in general, Any ideas?
