Mix in lean ground beef, rice and the chili is what i'd do. I like to keep a can of that firehouse chili around for a cheat ever now and then, good stuff.

I'd suggest not to use too many beans if you're cutting .. carby...

chop tomatoes (major part of the mix is tomatoes), onions, garlic other veggies you like like peppers (bell/habanero) put in a cooking pan with desired amount of ground beef, some tobasco to make it spicy and start cooking.. the tomatoes will melt and the meat will kinda boil-cook at the same time.. It will start looking like chilli after 15 minutes.. a hint of italian spices and dude you're good to go ..

just calculate the macros yourself and use virgin olive oil if you wish i never use but I saw other people do..

personally I use 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground round and sear in EVOO. I love ground beef we all know about its fat content...cant even tell the turkey is in there when you mix it with the beef.

LOL, I guess everyone has a different chili recipe. I use a blend of ground turkey and 90/10 ground beef, black beans, a jalapeno pepper, and a SMALL amount of diced Roma tomatoes.

if you use the turkey enough, youll get used to it. Burgers, chili, meatloaf, lasagna, etc....but youre right, nothing tastes better than a 100%beef burger.
