    Bmr

    If anybody needs help figuring out how many calories they need to eat, reply?
    I'll need:
    Body weight in lbs.
    Sex(m/f)
    Rough estimate of calories you currently consume
    Physical Activity Level( how often you train, how long you train, and what type of job you do)

    Do you use a different formula than the one used by jamy?

    This is the formula I learned in school:
    Bmr:
    Men: Weight in Kg x 24 x 1 = Rmr
    Women: Weight in Kg x 24 x .9 = Rmr
    Rmr x Pal(physical activity level)
    Result from above + TEF( thermal effect of food 10% of calories you intake) = bmr

    Here is mine
    90.91kg x 24 x 1 = 2181.8 Kcal(rmr)
    2181.8 x 1.6(pal) = 3490.9
    3490.9 + 350(tef) = 3841
    BMR = 3841 kcals
