    Help with diet

    Hi guys. I need some help with my diet. . . I been training 2 years now but diet has not been in check. . . . So could you pls help me put together a good diet that will allow me to pack on good muscle. . . My stats are
    22 years
    173cm tall
    72kg
    dont know B.F but its low
    2 years plus training.

    what are your goals? when you say, are your abdominals seeable without flexing? not liek faint outline, but like there?

    Yeah can see without flex. . . Goal is to get to atleast 90kg plus minus 200 pounds. It sounds so far away. But i want to get there. Can some one recommend a diet. I train 5days a week weight's for 1.5 to 2 hours a day. Cardio on a saturday or sunday.
    Just need some real help with my diet. It hasnt been any were near good. Used to just eat anything. Lol. Help pls. Thank you

    You're probably overtraining with 10 hours weights/week.

    Most workout 4-6 days per week with average time being 40-60 minutes per session. Please note I said "most" and "average".
