I am on week 2 of a Test E cycle 500mg/week 12 weeks, i am running Arimidex at .25mg E3D along side of it to keep bloat down, i am trying to achieve a nice toned look, and stay cut and vascular while putting on muscle size. i train weights 5 days a week and cardio about 20-25mins on treadmill 4-5 days a week as well. i eat clean but have cut down on carbs, i usually eat a bowl of oatmeal with fish oil and a bit of honey for breakfast, mixed veg with either fish/chicken/beef/pork for lunch and supper, post workout i have a protein shake with 4 tbs of dextrose in it. and thats my typical day not even quite sure what that works out to when you break it down for cals/fat/carbs but i need a more sure diet, something i can follow better w/o just eating whatever everyday. So to wrap it up what should i be eating to get a lean cut look, but still put on some muscle.
