It's not easy to read what you wrote.
    What's your tdee?
If i were you, i would focus on a closer goal like 180lbs. If you reached 200lbs with only a bulk, you'll probably come to an high bf.

I would rise the fat intake adding oil to you rice and drop some sugars/carbs (the toast, the second fruit, the milk alone and the yoghurt). To reach the same pro intake add other animal pro or almonds.

I would up your fats at least to 20% and add swap one of the shakes with some real food protein, get a influx of different protein sources.
Also add veggies in most meals except PWO and 1st meal.
Veggies provide alot and also slowdown absorption of complex or simple carbs to help stabilize blood sugar.
Also add another scoop of casein before bed.
If your last meal is at 8 9 or 10 even your sleeping nearly 9-12 hours on only 20g protein.
I also agree remove the simple carbs ( sugar ), you want all complex carbs all day, the only time its ok is PWO and waking up
    Thats my 2 cents
So you have around 144 pounds of Lean Muscle as of your post with 13% bf

Keep track of your daily weight and BF% if you can and write it down daily and then evaluate after 1 - 2 weeks.

Hi Thanks for the input guys...

I will add some olive oil to my rice,
The yoghurt I add to my dry oats to make it easier to eat...

Is there a better way to make it taste better?

I will add almonds as a before bed meal and I will go and get some casein
    2morrow.

how about 100g of Beef jerky as a 10am snack instead of the shake? 33 11 25.6

Should I add a tablespoon flax/fish oil to my PWO shake?

I will drop the toast, second banana and should I drop the milk all together?

I drink water most of the time and green tea twice a day, maybe 1 cup of coffee.

I will also add sweet potato into my diet somewhere maybe instead of the pasta.

I started this diet today and really struggled to eat this much.
I hope it gets easier quickly.

    Any more comments?

I will rework the entire diet and post it again tomorrow.

    Thanks again for the input.
