    i know i should be going for around 2500cals im just finding it hard what to cut out.

    WED shoulders/legs

    i try do cariod after weight session ,i finding it hard atm due to faitgue
    any help would be Great.

    I think 3100 kcal is good for cutting assuming your tdee is right. If you don't loose fat, then you'll drop the kals or do more cardio (in another session).
    I would go for solid food in the meal at 10.30 p.m. and drop that postworkout shake. Also i would eat more cheese before bed.
    Are you sleeping enough?
    How can you eat at 10:30 a.m., if the training begins at 9:15 and there is lifting+70min cardio?
    Also i think you should find another workout split. I don't know your recovery abilities, but for most it's better to hit each bodypart once a week.

    i though the 1 tlbs wasn't enough 3 tlbs be enough. i normally take my shake to the gym and make it up str8 after.isnt it good to hit each body part twice awek if your trying to cut or is that just peoples pref? i find 7 hours sleep to be enough so yea for me anyway

    ok cheers .with the weights is it alright to keep the routine as is.and wea should i incorp core/abs?
