Cheat Meals
Just wanted to inquire what people eat for their cheat meals. Once a week, usually on a friday, before I go play hockey, I go to chipotle and get a burrito with all the good stuff(with the exception of cheese). I enjoy it immensely. Just wanted to see what everyone else enjoys.

Cheat meal
I have to have my mexican (restaurant not fast food ! I go for tacos or salad. I just try and stay away from the sauces.

i like to vary each week....curries...mcdonalds...chips,,chinese...mex ican...you get the drift.......

When cutting, a cheat meal is a properly placed carbload once a week, and is something like this:
6 egg whites
1 cup oats
3 slices whole wheat bread w/ jam
1 med banana
When I'm bulking, I will have this ridiculous 1,200+ calorie meal once a week:
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup raisin bran
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 med banana
(make that in a bowl)
and I'll eat that with a protein shake made of
2 scoops whey
16oz skim/1% milk
1 med banana
It's ****ing awesome, but I always fall asleep after finishing. :\ Other than that I eat ridiculously clean year round.

I have about 25g of carbs a day when cutting, with a carb meal once every 7 days.

no man probably he have a low bodyfat like 6% and to keep it he have to diet hard and eliminate most carbs , below7% bf is hard to keep unless you have the genetics of an ectomorph, endomorphs who try to keep a low bf are working against their bodies and its hard and taxing! their body will be working hard against them and put the weight again, you can beat genetics but it will be a tactical win not a strategical one because in the end when you cant do the hard work you used to do your genes will win!

Yawn...You guys need to learn how to eat.
My last cheat:
1 Large Supreme Pizza
1 Lb BBQ Brisket w/ spicy bbq sauce
2 Large DQ Blizzards (mint oreo and snickers/cookie dough - couldnt decide so got both)
1 Brownie Sunday
1 Glazed Donut
1 Apple Fridder
1 Snickers Bar
1 Twix
4 Sodas
6 Coors lights
....ran out of time...everything closed....im under 10% still...no biggie.

are you joking ? lol if I eat that I will have stomach ache and diarrhea for 5 days , I once ate 5000 cals but all from home made food (bbq chicken, beans, orange juice, steaks , fruits , rice , nuts ...)it wasn't cheating just did it for fun and to try , nothing happened woke up normal the next day, might do it again maybe when I am on vacation and with my family

cheat meals are essential cut or bulk.. get over it guys live light enjoy carbs and you will actually lose more weight if you are consistent!

Cheat day for me is hitting up the closest buffet and eating 7-9 plates of whatever I want for both breakfast and supper.
