I am 170 Pounds at the moment around 14% Body fat trying to reduce it.
Here is my diet, please tell me if theres anything better I can do -
Also note I am extra sensitive to carbs, so I tend to have more fat's and protein instead.
MEAL 1 - 7 AM
Muscle Milk -
16 g Carbs, 8 g Fat, 32 g Protein
1 Cup Oats with Water - 50 g Carbs
Peanut Butter with flaxseed and cottage cheese - 15 g Fat
Meal 2 Preworkout - 10 Am
1 Cup Oats 50 G carbs
1 Hydroflow XP - 25g Protein
POSTWORKOUT
12.30 Pm
2 Scoops Hydroflow , 2 scoops Dextrose , 50 G protein 60 G carbs
Meal 3
PPO 2 Pm
Grilled Chicken Breast, Vegetables, Flaxseed oil
50 g Protein, 15 Grams Fat
Meal 4
5 pm
Protein Shake - Flaxseed
25 g Protein, 5 g fat
Meal 5 - Dinner
7.30 Pm
Chicken Breast and Vegies
50 G protein, 10 G fat
10 Pm - meal 6 - Bedtime
Casein + flax
30 G protein, 10 G fat
Totals:
Protein : 262 Grams
Carbs: 176 Grams
Fat: 55 Grams
Total Calories: 2247 Calories
Do you guys think I should lower the Carbs, and increase the fats?
Would that work better?
Am I eating enough protein.
