I have been reading a lot on here and I have never seen better advice anywhere. I am looking to get back into the gym after a very long break. Here are my current stats:
Age:27
BF: ??? Not to good tho
Weight: 202lbs
Thing is I need to figure out how to eat appropriate before getting into more complex supps. If I can get a good starter Diet that isn't super difficult for an average guy to accomplish. I work a lot and eating every 2 hours isn't really possiable. I have a lot of bulk from working out along time ago and I really want to get back into it, but I need some assistance if at all possiable. I have read the threads on here, but I am not looking to compete in any competition, just want to get fit. I would like something lean because I want to cut about 20-25 lbs.
