Potatoe vs. Brown Rice....?
What is the Difference between "eating a Baked Potato and Brown Rice?"
I understand that Rice is the Faster burning carb...is this correct?
When can you eat a Potato....and how does it store carbohydrates?
BTW: I'm talking about a plain bake potato...no sour cream, no butter.Last edited by tcw; 09-13-2009 at 09:03 AM.

Baked potatoes are a very high gi; brown rice instead is one of the best carb sources. If you wanna potatoes, take sweet potatoes. They're also one of the best carb sources.
