hi i am 21 14 stong n bf of 15% ish. 5,11 tall... i been tryin to eat right things to lose weight been in gym 2 years n i work hard but gettin little progress i eat chickin n fish all day every day n oats/weatabix... any who can some one give me a 7 day diet plann so i can follow it to the letter and lose wieght n gain mass ... more bothered about the weight loss for now been thinkin of steroids but after followin advice im now here until i master a diet plan i can eat every 2hrs or so n can work out every evenin and weekend.... full diet plans are what im after so i can do my shoppin list from it and eat things to the letter would be very much appreciated guys xxx
