Hey guys, im starting the p90x soon and had a question about the diet. im debating on what phase of the nutrition program to use. the fat shredder, the energy booster, or the endurance maximizer? Im currently 6 ft even and weigh 235 lbs. I keep pretty active at work and at the gym so I burn off calories. But i'm also looking to drop some weight also. I have to say i dont have the best diet right know, so im looking for some advice. I was thinking of going with the endurance maximizer, but i also want to get the most out of the program.
