    Sticking point

At the minute I just cant seem to drop more weight, heres what I have on an average day.

    1) small amount of Porridge (nothing on it)
    2) Protein shake with between 40 and 60 grams of protein depending on how I feel
    3) I use a breakfast bowl and have half of it as salad and the half either egg whites or something like prawns, fish etc
    4) Another Protein shake
    5) couple slices of beef either with more salad or on wholemeal bread
    6) Protein shake before bed

I have stayed away from soft drinks and either have water or coffee through the day. Im not sure on what calories in total I have but surely with the training Im doing on top of this I should be losing weight. My diets probably crap but Ive been trying to stick to small healthy meals. Any advice/help is most welcome, thanks.

Thats really just 3 meals in a day. I'd like to know how you stay so big with that diet!

I thought that the protein drinks where classed as a snack which would take it up to the 6. When you say big if its the fat you mean I have no idea, muscle wise Ive always found it very easy to build up by lifting heavy.

Some people say its a meal. I think its pro/cal intake, but not a "meal"

I meant big as in just thick. Not fat, you are solid looking, like a football player.

When do you lift weights in all this? Why the shake at #4? Is that a time your on the go?
