i was up to 244 12-14bf while on my last cycle 5mo ago when i tore my trap and couldnt do anything at all, i stayed away from food just not to gain too much negative weight.
my goal is to return to 240+ condition, simply because i like how i feel to myself optically and physically.
I do have sweet tooth that gets me once in a while
i do not have problems eating anything
i usually have 4 meals a day but i am willing to eat more, just need to know what to have
genetically i am more of a stocky eastern euro type that is more round then cut.
I am going to do a 12 week cycle of light gear, very very soon, and would like to know what is your input on a bulking cycle
-my goal is not to gain weight of my cycle as much as i care for the strength result, but added weight is a very big plus to my ego.
i work out typically every day, 4 to 5 days weights 1day heavy duty cardio-including all body parts, and last day is usually swimming just to stretch my self out
i need help with late night snacks and some OK to eat sweets or deserts that will leave my soul alone
i also want to know what do you guys replace bread with and how uch a day of bread do you have what kind?
rice?
potats?
just what kind and how often
feel free to forward me yours, or what do you think it may work the best
i am getting back in shape and this time i like to do it all with a bit more then just reading threads, kind of need some guidence as well
