do you have your bmr/tdee??
if i were u i would eat at maint level and do cardio up the ass to lose the gut so you hold on to what muscle you have and maybe, if your genetics allow it, grow a little lean muscle...
300g protien
300g carbs
66g fats..
build a diet that matches those macros
