Can I wait to eat?
I will be going to the gym right after school I will get there about 12:45am-1:00pm so can I wait til after my cardio workout to have my first meal around 2:30pm? Or will this break down to much muscle? I was thinking of eating 1700 calories a day is this to little or can I go lower? I am looking to get down to at least 10% body fat by December. I know I can do it but I need some help getting there.
Right now I am
6’3”
215 Ibs
About
20% or more body fat so I need to slim down quick.
Thanks,
Shadow

Need to eat sooner than that, bring a protein shake or if nothing else a protein bar(last resort).

Yea i would work out from 1-2:30pm then i would go home to eat.
But my first meal would be at 2:45pm.
If i have a protein shake will this hurt my cardio workout's effect?

What time are you eating prior to working out?

No pre-work out nutrition if i did this. I would only eat after my work out nothing before this. I am scared that i will mess up the effects of my cardio if i eat before. I have read to do cardio on a 8 hour fast.

Bro, if you are trying to build muscle you need to eat pre and post work out.
