    Fish oils

    I bought a huge amount of fish oil not having supplemented them in the past and would like to know if its ok to eat them at every meal? Should i take them pre workout? I dont think so but im not sure. how about before bed. Its not a matter of cals for me right now as just trying to get some good fats into my diet

    It depends on the fats in your meals already

    so dont eat with a fish meal, but all my chicken and rice or turkey and rice do?

    I take mine with my last meal of the day and another random meal that isnt high in ***** 3 like tuna. But I heard its not good to take pre/post workout so I dont take them at those times.

    I take 2 or 3 times a day with food .

    I think it works well or just in my head , not sure .

    I take 35-50 everyday.

    Take them with ALL meals, even PWO.

    The half-life of DHA and EPA are pretty high collectively, so you don't have to go too hardcore.

    What does that mean? Too hardcore?

    You mean when taking into account your dietary fats for the day you shouldnt keep fish oils high because the half life is long?

    And what sort of fats do you recommend in place of these?

    EFA's can store in muscle tissue almost as long as glycogen stores...between 24-36 hours, meaning they give you a nice source of energy.

    So going by your reasoning carbohydrates can store even longer so we should keep the intake of them low as well?

    Anyway, I dont want to speculate. I will wait for your explanation.
