Can I eat this meal 30 minutes before bed?
I'm currently on a keto diet. My only question is i had a set back with time today and missed a meal. Am I able to eat a meal 30 minutes before bed or that is not recommended.
In case its question, I am going to have a ON Casein shake with 2 Tablespoons of Flax which will bring me slightly above my TDEE.

u can eat beore bed... what's in the casein shake.. any carbs?? splenda?? sugar alcohols etc..??

3 carbs, 1g fiber, 0g sugar, 1g fat 24g protein per 1 heaping scoop

no problem mate, casein before bed is the way to go... since it blunts cortisol during sleep... ( i'm sure as you know cortisol is the muscle wasting hormore)

u would be better off eating a whole food like lean beef.. but casein will do as stated above

I believe that the whole "not eating late at night" thing is a myth. Since I started dieting and training, I eat every night before bed (clean food of course) and I've never lost so much fat and gained so much muscle in my life.

Weird I use ON Casine before bed and it has 2grams of sugar per serving.

If you need to do it, otherwise food is a better choice. Also, much better choices for oil aside from flax, namely nut oils.

I eat 4 scoops of Naturally More peanut butter, which has 20 grams of protein 22 grams of fat, and 16 carbs (8 of which are fiber). I also drink some egg whites, and eat some grilled chicken with cheese, lettuce, onions, all rolled in a pita bread. YUMMMMMM. But yeah I don't buy the whole not eating before bed thing either.
