I'm currently on a cycle 400mg test e for 12 weeks and now i'm 6 weeks in. I gained an initial 9lbs around weeks 2-4 and havent really gained since. My inches have gone up but not weight. My BMR was at 2416 and my needs for calories was like 4137 now I'm going to post a typical day for me and also post what my added intake is starting today. Some of the items I just try to add everything I'm eating from a diet tracker I use.

*Oh and these arent in any specific order and the shakes are worth 658/52/88/11 a piece and I have 2 1/2 each day AM, PWO,PM and AM is where I use the milk also.
