    Question Diet Help Currently Bulking

    I'm currently on a cycle 400mg test e for 12 weeks and now i'm 6 weeks in. I gained an initial 9lbs around weeks 2-4 and havent really gained since. My inches have gone up but not weight. My BMR was at 2416 and my needs for calories was like 4137 now I'm going to post a typical day for me and also post what my added intake is starting today. Some of the items I just try to add everything I'm eating from a diet tracker I use.

    Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% 238/ 19/ 27/ 6 (drink periodically throughout day)

    Peanut butter 414/ 16/ 11/ 34

    Beef 205/ 31/ 0/ 9

    pasta salad 294/ 12/ 30/ 14

    Rice cake 125/ 2/ 27/ 1

    Beef 196/ 31/ 0/ 8

    PIZZA 277/ 11/ 29/ 13

    Rice 228/ 4/ 53/ 0

    Total 3788/ 289/ 397/ 116

    Today is dirtier but seriously I'm no higher than 8%bf so I need the dirt lol

    *Oh and these arent in any specific order and the shakes are worth 658/52/88/11 a piece and I have 2 1/2 each day AM, PWO,PM and AM is where I use the milk also.

    5'10" currently 188 I fluxuate between this and 191. I did the do last night with misses so that was extra calories burn't from cardio lol. but yesterday I was 191 in the evening

    your 188lbs and your bmr is 2400ish??

    how'd u calculate this..

    put it in to a calculator on bb.com which had me do height and weight and bodyfat

    i calced ur bmr at 2215 using my formula (it takes body fat into account)

    your diet needs an overhaul.. when are you eating these meals?? could u put times up on them?? what kinda split are you following?? can u get me a daily total??
