I bake 4-6 of them in the oven all at once. 440 degrees for 40-45 minutes. I love them plain but if you want to make them a nice little treat split them in half once cooked and then put some No Sugar Strawberry Jam on them. Better than Ice Cream..well almost..

Definitely bake 4-5 while the oven is hot. Sweet potatoes will keep for several days + with no problems.

I used to cut them in quarters and boil about 6 decent sized ones. When you stick a fork in it and it just falls off the fork you know they're done. Drain water, let them cool down and then peel the skin off. That might be enough for the week depending on your goals.

I had to drop them from my diet, they gave me stomach issues, not sure why but they do. Thing that sucks is I actually enjoy them.

1 potato is like 8 minutes. I eat the big potatoes. just stick a knife in it and if it is super soft then it is good to eat. tastes the same from the microwave as baking it I think. or I can't tell the difference

put holes, using a fork or knife, in the sweet potato, and put in microwave for 6 minutes for about 9 oz. Throw on some cinnamon and splenda(optional), and eat.
